Thank you for becoming an Exclusive Member of the USHUD.com cooperative network of websites. We look forward to working with you to ensure your success as an Exclusive Member. Feel free to contact Member Services, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST to assist you in growing your business. The agreed upon term of your account is a 180-day Platinum Membership. After your 180-day cycle, your membership will be billed monthly at the same low rate to ensure you maintain the first right of refusal as the Exclusive Member in the area(s) listed above. In the event that your payment is declined for any reason, your membership remains unpaid, we will recharge your account until payment is received. The USHUD cooperative is not responsible for any overdraft fees that may occur as a result of attempted charges. Should you wish to increase coverage areas, please notify Membership Services Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST either by phone or by email at 800-230-9519 or [email protected] Due to the expenses incurred by the Cooperative cancellations will only be processed upon completion of the 180-day Platinum addendum.
We are here to serve and help grow your business; to that end we offer additional services based on your individual goals. Member Services will be reaching out to you via phone within 24 business hours of your initial start date in order to see that you are satisfied with your banner and to ensure that your contact information is accurate. Contact information can be changed at any time by alerting Member Services regarding the changes requested. Changes normally require less than 24 business hours. Exclusive Memberships are renewed each month. After the initial agreed upon Platinum Membership term of 180 days, the member account will renew quarterly, unless agreed upon in advance in writing or recorded call between the Member and the Cooperative. Access our Resource Page (http://ushud.com/client-resources), designed to allow you to preview professional video suggestions and other valuable techniques and helpful tools to increase your success rate and close more transactions with less effort.
Suspension of Service/Refund Policy:No refunds or cancelations during billing cycles are approved; if the member wishes to suspend service and avoid future billings it is agreed that it is incumbent on the Cooperative member to email the Cooperative at [email protected] at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled renewal date. Cancellations will only be processed upon completion of the initial agreed upon term and the 180-day Platinum addendum. Your banner will be removed, and referral leads will no longer be forwarded upon completion of this term.
Billing occurs monthly in most cases however, the agreed time frame of each subsequent cooperative term commitment will be in 90 day blocks unless otherwise specifically communicated and mutually agreed upon via recorded call or in writing at the email address provided by the Cooperative Member at least two business days prior to the last scheduled billing date according to this agreement.
The USHUD Cooperative will make every effort to ensure the members account remains current to include email notification and phone calls so that the member remains online within their exclusive area(s). Payment methods can be changed by the member and in cases where a new credit card is required due to expiration or for increased security. Please alert Member Services via email or telephone or respond to Member Services by email or telephone. If Member Services does not receive a response, the members payment method on file will be processed until payment is made current for up to 30 days. Problem billing may result in a suspension of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The USHUD Cooperative reserves the right to refer any unpaid portion of membership dues to third party collections or any legal methods of collecting the unpaid portion to include bank processing expenses and or legal expenses incurred by the Cooperative in pursuit of collecting the unpaid amount due. The USHUD Cooperative further reserves the right to remove the members banner and suspend delivery of home buyer registrations/leads until the members dues are paid in full to include all expenses incurred by the Cooperative. Payment for the full term or service is due, regardless of if the member was removed early due to a billing issue resulting in the need to send the account to third party collection agency.
The Cooperative member understands and agrees that the audio signature collected at the time of their membership initiation via recorded line or subsequent audio signatures provided by the member, constitutes a legally binding contract.

Additional Information:Exclusive Member Banner placement indicates that a member’s exclusive banner will never be in rotation with other competing professional members. No more than one real estate agent and one loan officer will be displayed in any geographic area on any of the Cooperative site(s) listed above while the exclusive members account remains active and current. Further, all home buyer and seller contact forms that are generated in primary areas on the sites listed above will be forwarded in real time to the email address provided by the exclusive member of the cooperative.
Courtesy areas are exclusive but are not guaranteed for any length of time as there is no charge for courtesy areas. If you would like to secure a “Courtesy” area as a “Primary” area, please call 800-230-9519 to secure your exclusive placement. Courtesy areas are not guaranteed to a real estate professional member for a specific time. In cases where the home buyer or seller contacts this office, we will do our best to connect the consumer with the appropriate member in the designated area. Consumer contact forms are sent electronically to the non-competing exclusive professional members assigned to the area(s) and any courtesy area(s) that may be temporarily assigned. All contact forms are sent in real time. In order to ensure the best possible consumer experience, the USHUD.com cooperative family of sites reserves the right to forward contact forms to third parties twenty four hours after they have been forwarded to the exclusive real estate professional members in any respective area(s).This agreement in no way implies or is meant to imply a partnership between the two parties. Each party shall hold the other harmless for any damages and each party agrees to resolve any dispute in a professional manner befitting the professional standards of conduct.
Guarantees and Warranty
All parties agree and understand that online traffic is in a constant state of flux. Weather and unrelated events can affect local and national online traffic therefore the Cooperative makes no guarantees or warranties regarding number of home buyer registrations/leads generated and sent in any local area or over any period of time. The USHUD Cooperative in good faith will provide the best service deemed economically feasible in the effort to provide the highest number and highest quality of home buyer registrations/leads however, the nature of the internet does not allow any guarantees to be provided or enforced. The USHUD Cooperative makes no guarantees as to the member’s ability to convert the provided leads.

The Parties hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, specifically located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any applicable laws, such term or provision shall be deemed omitted herein, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
